The 23rd Annual Rosslare small boat festival is an open 'bring your own boat' fishing festival, which has been held at Rosslare for the past 23yrs, bringing together anglers from all parts of the United Kingdom and Ireland. Open to anyone the festival is a week of sea fishing sponsored by sea angler magazine and Diawa fishing tackle, and organised and run with the assistance of members of the Irish central, and eastern regional fisheries board.
