mohill arts and summertime festival

The Festival seems to get better with age. It takes in a wide variety of events, singing pubs competition, clay pigeon shoot, sports, soccer, GAA, masquerade ball, emigrants ball, darts and fishing competitons, skittles, 5k road race and childrens fancy dress.

Great emphasis is placed on catering for the children of the area and of course our friends and relations from overseas, who make the holidays home for the Festival.

The Festival is mainly centred round the town of Mohill and hinterland, but caters for all ages both at home, and our overseas visitors.

Lough Rynn House and Gardens - the former home of Lord Leitrim, Dromod Miniature Railway Line, Rynn Caravan Park, the beautiful lakes of the area and the Shannon-Erne Waterway.
The big attractions of the festival are the massive Vintage Rally on opening day, arts and crafts exhibition, international fishing competition and fireworks display.
